Phil Deakins
When we write a post, there's an option to 'Notify me of replies' just below the text box. Sometimes I forget to set it, but when I go to Edit the post so that I can set it, there's no way of doing it. Maybe it's an oversight in the software, or intentional in the software though I can't imagine why, or it may be possible to turn it on. If it's possible to have it turned on, I, for one, would appreciate it. Following a thread doesn't produce notifications even though the dropdown Follow list seems to imply that it does. Or is it just me?. Edited April 7, 2017 by Phil Deakins
angeoco
You can adjust your settings to automatically notify you of replies. At the top right of the window, click your name -> account settings -> notification settings.
Phil Deakins
Yes, but I don't want notification of replies to every post I write. I just want selected ones.
Rolig Loon
I've tripped over that same thing, Phil. If you forget to click the little button before you post, there's no way to go back and click it later. That feels like a very easy thing to fix.
