why i cant log in anymore with my 10 year old avatar .. it logs in but it will not connect to the region ..i experienced several crashes then the next day it would not log in completely anymore from any pc who can help

The region you are in may be having problems.  Have you tried logging in to a different sim?  Type "Rosedale" in the location field, for example. 

With constant crashes it may be possible that your cache is corrupted but let's make sure you can stay logged on in another region before clearing cache.  It puts a heavy load on your system for up to an hour when rebuilding cache.
