You can't buy any group.  Groups are not for sale.  And all groups have at least two members, one of whom must be the owner. There is no such thing as a group with no owner.

I suppose you could buy an existing group from its owner.  They'd have to agree to make you an owner, and to leave the group themselves (or at least, give up the owner role.)  You can't enforce this, by the way.  A group owner can never be removed, they can only remove themselves.
