Is anyone else having a friends list issue?

Past few days if i check the dashboard before logging in people on my list are on.. but when i log in it shows noone is..1 other person i know is having the same problem but i havent seen anything posted so was just curious.. i cleared all caches and all...because that usually helps any issues i have lol but nothing

Clearing your cache won't do anything at all to your Friends list, but it will give you a bit of lag for a while until your viewer rebuilds the entire cache again.  It's not a good idea to clear your cache unless you have a specific inventory problem.

If online friends show up as offline on your list, it is most likely a connection issue. That is the messages about who is online is lost in transfer between the servers and your computer. Have you checked if you have any significant packet loss? And have you checked if they realy are online? The info on your dashboard may well be a little bit old.
