Market Place ate my money no items given on 1/2/2017

1. Contact the merchant and include; detail/time and date of purchase, proof of purchase including order number.
2 Submit a ticket: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
select Marketplace > Failed Marketplace Delivery

If you do not have a order number for the order. Then you do not need to put in a order number when you complete in the ticket.

Hold on a second.

I have been having this, or a similar problem lately...my Shopping Cart does not empty out.

HOWEVER:  The transaction log shows the item was paid for, and delivered, and in fact it WAS.  The only problem is that the shopping cart didn't empty out the way it should.

So, check your Received Items to see if the item(s) are there.
