How to resist sim's owner unsit ?

a simowner can stop everything thats run by scripts, individual items as also sim wide, and he doesn't need to be owner of the item for that... that might be his tool

you can do nothing against that, it's controlled in the region tools, parcel renters/owners dont have access to that.

 

Also perhaps wise to ask why he does it...  it would annoy me pretty soon and he'd loose a renter.

If the sim owner is unsitting you, you're probably doing (or being) something she doesn't want on her land.

Keep it up and the next thing that happens is that you'll be banned.  

Then you won't have to worry any more about being un-sat.

Problem solved.
