stuff vanishing from my account

I am having an issue with stuff vanishing from my account, i have no idea how to fix or where it has gone too

There could be many reasons.  Stuff doesn't usually actually disappear from inventory, but your local inventory cache -- on your own computer -- can be corrupted.  Start reading here for suggestions >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory

If Rolig's suggestion for repairing your inventory does not work, and ONLY transferable items seem to be missing, then change your password!  Also do this if your Transaction Log shows money being paid to someone you don't recognize. 

Then report a possible compromise of your account by filing a Support Case.
