how do I rez my baby in sl? i can't at the place I live PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Either find a different spot, like a sandbox, or change the rez settings where you live. You probably don't want to raise a baby in a sandbox, so the second choice is better.

I assume that you are renting, or you would be able to rez anyway (the owner always can).  Contact your landlord and ask her to change the About Land setings (or maybe your role in the rental group) to allow you to rez in the parcel.  If she is unwilling, move.
