So, what is it that you want?  You have the link to the KB article already.  If you want information about buying Abandoned land, read the section on that.

That is a very large parcel of Abandoned land, over 20,000 square meters.  It is currently designated as "Maintenance" and it is not available for sale.

If you wish, you can submit a Support Case to Linden Lab and ask if they would sell that parcel to you, or put it up for public auction.  They do not have to do this...in most cases, "Maintenance" land is held by LL to provide public roads or waterways.  However, that parcel is located in a way that I don't think private ownership would affect travelers, so it's worth a try.
