What kind of issue? Does it give you an error message?

Alwin is right, the cache has nothing to do with the password. He is making a good guess at how to fix a password problem. But, you haven't told us enough for us to know if it is your problem.

even when you reinstall firestorm it stiill keeps the old files on your pc so you are never doing a complete reinstall

you need to go here

C/users/ (yourname )/ app data/ roaming / firestorm 

and delete that
