i just got an open collar 6.3.0 and it wont stop unpacking itself any help

Rolig's is probably the correct solution.

It may also be a region or connection problem. 

Try unpacking in a different region.

Check your connection to SL, not the same as a good Internet connection, by opening the viewer stats panel (Ctrl-Shift-1). Look for lost packets. There should none or very few.
