Linden homes come on 512 sqm land, but is there a list of the area inside the homes somewhere?

I see the pictures, but I want to know the amount of floorspace that is inside each home.

Hi Chandra,

I know of no such documentation. You'd have to visit homes in each of the themed areas to see for yourself. And it's not just a matter of floor space if you're wondering about capacity for furnishings, but also of layout geometry and traffic flow.

most Linden homes have only a small outdoor area, so the sqm will be pretty close to the 512 sqm.

Some have a second floor, or room, so those are slighly larger.

 

Because of the limited landimpact/prim limit, a smaller home would have relative, better options to decorate, the more rooms/sqm, the more you need to add before it looks good.
