Placing it on the ground was a bad idea.  That's why it is complaining.  It's trying to stop animations on the person it is attached to, but it's not attached to anyone.  It will keep complaining until you find it and either Take it back to your inventory or Delete it.

It's probably quite small and transparent.  Highlighting transparent objects with CTRL + Alt + T may help, but it may still be hard to spot among other transparent things.  It might be easier to find if you use a Beacon (use World >>> Show >>> Beacons) and set it to look for scripted objects.
