You can upload your creations to the Marketplace.  Whenever you make a sale, you get a notice, and the MP pays you automatically.  This may be the easiest route for new creators.  For more, see: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Selling-in-the-Marketplace/ta-p/700193

You can also create a store in world, or rent shop space in a mall, and sell your things there.

It all depends on how you sell them.  You can set them out on your lawn, set to BUY, if you want to. When you sell an item, the transaction will show up on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account >> Transaction History.  If you want to get fancier, you could rent space in world for a shop to put sale items in, instead of leaving them on your lawn.  If you do that, you'll want to buy or build some attractive display items and vendors to put your things in.  Or, you could decide to sell through Marketplace.  If you want to do that, all you have to do is establish a store and upload your items.  You'll get an e-mail when anything sells, and it will show up in both your Transaction History and your Marketplace order history.

and then follow all of the links in both articles.
