Yes, of course.  If you also want to have the other person be able to rez objects there, you'll need to create a group, set the land to the group, and invite the person to join.  If the person is just going to hang out there, though, you don't even need to do that.  Anyone can come to visit a Linden Home.

One exception to Rolig's answer...people who are under 18 in Real Life can't visit Linden Homes.  They are on regions with a Moderate maturity rating.
