y do my account seems new . I CAN LOG IN BUT MY HISTORY IS GONE NO GROUP N FRIENDS N LINDEN

 ... ehm .. nobody knows, btw also without caps most people will be able to read it, it's unneeded shouting.

 

you can try a few things to see if its just a little bug or more serious...

- reset your connection, start with shutting down machine, and than modem/router... let it be unplugged from power a few minutes, restart the modem/router and after that's up, restart the machine

- do a clean install

( your cache will be renewed the same time)

log in at a empty sim... have a look if the inventory and friendslist show now, or start reloading

Stay there till everything is loaded again! do nothing, go drink coffee or go for a walk, it can take up serious time before loading is finished.

- it also can be another issue ... if the conneciton problem isnt your side but your isp or other international serverpark, you most likely only can wait till that party solves the problem

or... your account is  phished and emptied...

A point you can check is your teleport history. It is stored locally and is viewer specific. The TP history in your Firestorm can be different than the TP history in Linden or Alchemy or whatever other viewer you might use.

This will show if it is a local or SL side problem.

Your problem is almost always a connection issue. If that is the problem then clearning cache will aggrevate your problem. Save that step until you are certain it is necessary. Try an  install over the top of the existing installation before going for the clean install. 

While you may have a good Internet connection, that is not the same as having a good connection to the SL servers. Test your connection to SL. http://blog.nalates.net/2011/10/26/troubleshoot-your-sl-connection/
