You can always ask the group owner nicely and hope he or she agrees to invite you back in. But apart from that I'ma fraid you can't do much.

You can ask, but most groups will require you to pay another joining fee.  The reason is that they have no record of your membership, and lots of people claim they "left by mistake" hoping to get in for free.
