Can I run an experience in multiple regions?

Yes, as long as you set the experience up properly and the region owner in each case allows it.  Read the details at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Experiences-in-Second-Life/ta-p/2744686#Section_.4

The basic point is that the experience has to be enabled on each region.  That means the region owner has to be a Premium member and has to allow the experience in Region/Estate tools.
