Ive upgraded to premium but still I have an Authorization Failure at the Login to the Marketplace!!!

Alwin's right...file a support case.  But also, if you upgraded to Premium just to access the Marketplace, you didn't need to do that.  Basic free accounts have (or should have) full access to the Marketplace.  The problem is something else.
