cant open viewer? Please Help.............

hi all, i have just brought a laptop to run second life, it downloads fine but it comes up with an error? unable to read or something. the laptop im using is a Lenovo G505  AMD A6 5200 Radeon HD 2.00 GHz, 4GB ram 1TB HDD. 

Any ideas?

In AMD land, HD anything is a newer generation than than the old 9xxx series. The problem will be somewhere else.

(Onboard GPU for A6-5200 is called HD 8400, it's a fairly recent chipset.)

Everytime the viewer gets a new update it never goes through most of the time. I hyave to usually uninstall the old version and reinstall. that didn't work today either. It happens at the end can't write etc.

so my sl viewer used to run ok on my windows 7 but since i upgraded to windows 10 it doesnt work and says my video card is out of date. tried to update it and it says its running ok. baffled grrrr
