you most likely did something against the rules they set for the rental.

You can do NOTHING against it. A landowner is a bit like god on his property, he can do what he wants as long it's within TOS.

Kicking out a renter, with or without reasons, is not against TOS.

 

LL will most likely not get involved in this resident to resident issue unless it's a really big scam.
