I just bought L and it charged my card but didnt upload to my account. How can I fix this?

SL is slow and the web is even slower and prone to loosing data.  Your L$ are there.  Relog and see if the correct amount is displayed.  Buy a 0L$ item in world so that the account has to process a transaction.  Display problems are a lot more common than half processed transactions.

Where are you looking for the updated total?  The only place where you can be sure that it is correct is on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account.  The L$ total in the upper right corner of your viewer screen in world is not reliable.  It updates when you log in, but does not usually updated consistenty between logins (although you can sometimes force it by clicking on the L$ symbol (not the Buy L$ link) a few times).
