Only I can see these black objects, help?

It looks like you're wearing a pair of oxfords in addition to the animal feet. Go into inventory and search for "(worn" to see all the things that are attached to you. If you see something that doesn't belong, detach it.

I have a feeling there are some invisiprims involved here. Invisprims are an old alternative to alpha layers and were used - among other things - to hide unwanted body parts, such as feet sticking out of your shoes. Invisiprims still do the job if you have ALM switched off but not if it's on and that's the most likely reason why some can see it and others can't.

In any case, the best practical solution to the problem is to remove those shoes as Madelaine suggested.

Are you currently using the Linden Lab Maintenance-RC viewer?

If so, this viewer breaks invisiprims even more then they were already broken - they will render solid grey or black (depending on which invisiprim texture is used) when ALM is both enabled & disabled.

If you go to Help -> About Second Life & the top line shows the viewer version Second Life 4.0.2 (312269), then this is the problem.
