Lindal Kidd points out that a second user is having the exact same problem you're reporting. I agree with her that you should contact support in the event you've tried everything else.

Hi Hannah,

In addition to Freya's advice, if you are using Internet Explorer to access the SL Marketplace, I recommend you try a different browser. IE sometimes doesn't work well with the SL website. Try Firefox or Chrome.

I think there may be a bug!  File a Support case and a bug report.
