Hi Carly,

You can sell or give away anything that's "transfer". There are venues that provide yard sale space for people to unload unwanted items. You rez them on the ground and set a price tag on them. I'd search in-world for "yard sale" "garage sale" "rummage sale" and "gatcha". A quick Googling of "second life yard sale" finds this...

I didn't examine the website, but it looks promising. I expect that yard sale venues will charge some fee for the space they provide you to sell your things.
