You're not alone. If you scroll down the list of previous questions in Answers, you will see many other people who have asked the same question this week. There's apparently a problem in the servers. If you are a Premium member, I suggest contacting Live Chat or submitting a support case to let Linden Lab know that you have this problem too. Otherwise, all you can do is wait until they fix it.
