age verify on an old acc?

hi i made my acc about more than 2 years ago and well im now 19 years old and am wanting access to the adult materials in viewer is thier anyway to verify that im over 18 so i can get adult access

 

Edit: i have change my preference to allow general moderate and adult but when i go into search i am unable to search up with adult on wont even let me click the box in market place i seemed to be able to buy and wear adult items but am unable to search for adult in life viewer or enter adult maturity rooms

If you gave Linden Lab your correct RL age when you set up the account, then it should be in the system and "verified" automatically.  Have you tried to change your preferences (in Preferences and in Search and in Marketplace)?  If you have tried and are having trouble, you may need to submit a support case or (if you are Premium) contact Live Chat.

This glitch happens sometimes.  File a Support case and use the issue type "account issue"
