I can't get into my home? it says, " Your home i scurrently unavailable..."

When I log in, i want to go to my home that i constructed. 

But it begins with:

"Your home is currently unavailable.

You have been moved inot a nearby regioin...."

Why?

The region you are trying to get to is off line.  If it is a Private Estate region, contact the estate owner or manager and let them know.  They'll reboot the region.  If it's on Mainland, use Live Chat to notify Linden Lab and they will work to put it back on line.

Because the region is either off line or so full of other people at the moment that the servers can't squeeze another person in.  Wait a while.  If you're still having the problem in a few hours, submit a support case, using the category LAND & REGION >>> Report an Offline Region.  Linden Lab typically responds to cases like that in a matter of minutes.
