You'll have to ask whoever made it.  If you send a polite note, maybe the creator would be willing to make you something on special order.  You can get the creator's name by examining the ring with your editor, if you don't already know it.

If you haven't purchased the ring yet, you'll find the creator's name in the marketplace listing. As Rolig says, give the creator a polite notecard (her/his IMs may be capped) and see what happens.
