Is there any program to check how many new residents have created accounts per month?

Hello guys my name is Marcello Vollmar, and I'm from SL Brazil.

I'd like to know if some one knows about some program or app to check

on Second Life how many new avatars created accounts in a month,

specifically per country, in my case Brazil.

My doubt is because, I need to make a marketing research.

No, there isn't.  Linden Lab does not make that sort of information public.  You may get some relevant information at http://gridsurvey.com/economy.php , but that is the only source, as far as I know.
