Hello, can't add my Visa. Cashier took my money, but card didn't added. Why?

If you tried to add a gift card or another type of prepaid card, it almost certainly won't work.  Linden Lab doesn't accept those.   Same with many debit cards.

By the way, if the card failed, the "cashier did NOT take your money."  A $1.00 test transaction is performed to see if the card is valid and a type that is accepted by LL, but if it is not, the charge will be reversed.  You are not out any money.
