Yes.  Try looking to see if there are DOZENS of other people who have asked the same question in Answers.  Then look at the Grid Status Blog.

There is unscheduled maintenance in progress, many people hare having issues logging in. Keep an eye open for the grid status reports and be patient until they complete the process.
