is it a real mastercard or a debit subbrand?.... if it is original Credit Card and still not added, call support or send in a ticket.

I haven't the slightest idea. There could be any number of issues, and you've given very few details. Even with more information, however, in your case, those of us here in the answers forum probably couldn't help you, anyway.
