If I want to give somebody something, but it's no transfer, can I sell it to them?

Sometimes I get compliments on like a dress or hair or something and sometimes I have extra of them cause I won them or received duplicate group gifts or whatever. When I go to give them the item, I am made aware that it is no transfer. So I was wondering, can I like sell it to them for like a Linden or whatever? If so, how?

No, you can't resell any non transferable items. 

How I wish i can resell or pass on some of my no trans items that im not really using anymore.

Sorry but the answer is NO, if it is no-transfer means you cannot pass the item in any way to anyone, not even to the original creator. The good side of it is that you are allowed to copy, in prim clothes that's an advantage, you can make a copy of your prim skirt, screw around it adjusting it to your body shape, and always keep a back-up.
