Accessing ADULT content. NOT WORKING

I can't access ADULT (A)content. I'm far over 18 and added credit card information. What else can i do? I've read through everthing here. What else can i do?

Your account is also way more than 30 days old, so you are not being blocked by the anti-griefer measure than a lot of Adult estate owners apply.  I think you have two options, other than double checking your payment information:

1.  Check to be sure that you haven't been banned from the estates you are trying to enter.  (Use your map and try to TP to one that you have never visited before.)

2.  Submit a support case and ask for LL's help.

Have you changed your Maturity Preferences?  This is done in three places:  In Me/Preferences (CTRL+P), in the General tab; in Search (CTRL+F); and in the SL Marketplace, at the top of the screen.

If any of the choices in these areas are grayed out, and you have entered your correct birthday when you registered for SL, then there's a glitch.  You'll need to create a Support Case (use the Help/Support section of this website) and use Account as the issue type.

If you have successfully changed your Preferences to enable you to access Adult content, and cannot get to a specific Adult destination, then you may be blocked from that particular destination.  This could be because you have been banned by the owner of that place, or because it's restricted to allow access to certain persons, or to a certain group.
