How do you cut and paste?

I have seen lost of examples of it here, and even more in Answers, and I think it would be a really useful skill to have in SL. Can someone tell me where to find tutorials on how to do it in the forums, or a Yourtube video would be really good, preferably taught by a hot girl in a bikini.

To copy highlight what you want and then hit ctrl+c

To cut highlight what you want and then hit ctrl+x

To paste move your cursor where you want to paste and hit ctrl+v

 

To put a link to another web page in:

Copy the URL of the web page

Hit the link icon next to the smiley face when you are composing a message.

Fill in the information requested.  Paste the Link, put what text you want to substitute in your message for the link.  Title it if you want, and choose how the web page will open from the drop down box.

Mostly like an above poster suggested.

It would be a really useful skill to have in any world or scenario, from this forum up to dissertations, especially if you´re going to be a politician or going to otherwise make yourself enemies who can dig it out later on, for endless RL drama fun. Someone did, and I´m sorry to say, but hot girls in bikinis have more interesting things to do than teach copypasting on Yourtube (cf. Redtube).

You´d want to copypaste your working security cam on a mesh, so you can take it into the 'next gen SL', eventually, maybe. You want to play the lottery now, so you can afford the real world price a scripter would want from you for doing it, though they´ll quote a price so high that you'd choose to want other things rather, even if you´d win the lottery, so you won´t accept the offer, because it would just be a bogus offer to teach you something about the value of scripter´s real world time and they wouldn´t or couldn´t do it anyway.)))
