what to do?... take it as lesson, buy one thing at a time and wait till it's delivered, if there's no response you can't do anything more than move on

"She" could be on vacation, in the hospital, dead ..... or might have just decided to leave SL.  If you can't get in touch with her, there is nothing you can do.

For the future ... If you buy things from the Marketplace, it's wise to use the Buy Now button instead of filling a shopping basket to buy many things at the same time.  Then, be sure that you are not in Busy mode when they are delivered, because your purchases will be rejected permanently.
