I want to cancel property Premium How way. Told me that the site did not know anything was canceled

Please help me to cancel the premium property because it is deducted directly from my Visa

1.  Go to your property.  Remove any objects

2.  Click World/Parcel Details

3.  Abandon your land

4.  If you are donating tier to any groups, remove your contribution in the group's info window, in the Land and $ tab

5.  Downgrade your account from Premium to Basic here on the website

The changes will not take effect until the start of the next billing cycle.

Just to be sure that you understand the last sentence in Lindal's excellent summary ...... Your Premium membership is prepaid, so even if you cancel or downgrade today, you will continue to have all Premium benefits until the end of the period that you have already paid for.  You will get your weekly L$300 stipend, access to Premium sandboxes, bonus gifts, and quests, and of course access to Live Chat and all categories of support cases.
