Not sure I understand your question. If by "permission" you mean a verbal understanding then you're out of luck - you can't browse another user's inventory.

The only exception to this is RLV, which allows you to browse a single root folder of the RLV-user (#RLV), but does not require permission to be accessed. It does mean the target user will need a RLV-compatible viewer, however.

If you're looking for a more useful answer, you should edit your question to explain what kind of "permission" you've obtained, and how.

The only way you can get into someone else's inventory is to be able to log in on their account.  Anyone who gives you their login ID and password is taking a huge risk anyway, but IMO they'd be truly foolish if they knew you were planning to mess with their inventory or account settings.
