Linden homes and horses

Hello, I own two Amaretto horses and I'd like to know if we are allowed to have them on the little piece of land of my Linden Home. I have them on a skybox, but I don't want to renew the rental, if possible.

I haven't read anything about horses specifically but I do know skyboxes aren't allowed at your Linden House.  You would have to put them on the ground if they are allowed.

Your Linden home fits pretty tightly on its plot of land but if you want to keep your horses in the house or on your patio you can, remember that you only have 117 prims there, I don`t know how many prims those horses are but that would be the only constraint I can think of.

They might be allowed, I can't see any reason they wouldn't be, unless too many people use them and lag becomes a problem in your sim.  However, the property of the Linden home you may own is very small and usually doesn't extend much beyond the house.  Also if I remember correctly, the Linden home covenants do no allow for skyboxes.  So if I'm correct, you might be able to have the horses, but you'd have to leave them inside your house.   Your house would also be your stable.

Ty, Peewee, I know that also, each horse is 15 prims + food (2 prims), that's why I would remove some furniture... There is place enough for them in front of the house in my own land. I ride them every day outside the house at a park.

Most of the Linden Homes that I have seen have no land at all outside the walls that is yours. Do you really want a horse or two in your living room or bedroom?

Oh no, Sandy. There is a little piece of land with grass just in front of the main door that is my own too. All residents put here jacuzzis, seats... whatever. My doubt is only about the fact that horses are animals. All other circumtances have already taken into acount.

If people are using their patch of lawn for Jacuzzis etc then there is no reason you can`t use yours for horses. Afterall both are just scripted prims & I doubt LL would say no to one and yes to the other.

There are some scripted animals that wander around and cause "collisions", I could see those being not allowed, don`t the horses in question just stand there?

A friend of mine has an Amaretto horse in his Linden Home (and rides by the region). No one has said anything. As others said, there is no problem for horses as Amaretto in the covenant of Linden Homes.
