One can see it on the HUD itself. let me quote the manual, which is also build in the HUD, under "Help", and here is the link to it also:

There it reads:

 

The caption above the HUD will change its color throughout your cycle:
Red=Menstruation
Violet=Ovulation
White=days in between (follicular & luteal phase)
Green=Pregnant
Since this question is often asked: a pregnancy will not show right after intercourse. You will be aware about your pregnancy at the end of your menstruation cycle, like in Real Life too. Not right after having sex.

The colour of the Mama Allpa HUD changes at the end of your cycle if you become pregnant, and a pregnancy symbol appears in the hud. Lindal who replied above perhaps does not know Mama Allpa and confuses it with a pregnancy tummy talker. The Mama Allpa HUD is "silent" and simply gives you a visual indication of your status (including pregnancy) throughout your menstrual cycle.
