No, you can change the whole house unless textiles in the marketplace you can buy for flooring or grass. But if you want the house change go to the person who you got it from and you can ask them to change the style. Contact them.

You can abandon your Linden Home and apply for any of the four basic styles that happen to be available.  You may change Linden Homes up to five times per day.

You can change some of the characteristics with the home control panel, too.

You cannot use a different house that you build or buy, on a Linden Home parcel.  However, you can abandon your Linden Home and buy a vacant parcel at another location on the Mainland.  You can have a parcel up to 512 square meters without any additional monthly charges.  You can buy a larger parcel, but you will incur a monthly land tier fee for land greater than 512 sq m.

On vacant mainland like this, you can put any sort of house you want.

Yes, of course you can. 

To change your choice of Linden Home type, you must abandon your current Linden Home and then register for a new one.  You cannot choose a particular house in a particular location, but you can choose among available styles, just as you did when you made your first choice for a Linden Home.

To abandon your Linden Home:

 

1. Choose World > About Land and click the General tab.
2. Click Abandon Land. 
   After you confirm your choice, the land is removed from your account.

Now if you wish, you can register for another Linden Home.

 

Warning: Please use this reasonably: if you abandon and choose a new Linden Home five times in 24 hours, you are temporarily blocked from choosing another. You will need to wait 24 hours before registering again.
