Hair for young girl

I'm wondering if anyone can help me... I'm looking for a place that sells quality hair that would be appropriate for a young girl avatar.  This is an example of what I am looking for:

 

 

If anyone knows who makes this hair or any designer that has something similar, please let me know.

You will have to dig a bit.

The name on the pic said Sooji, I searched for images under "SL sooji", it was attached to a website that stated this is a free skin at Mother Goose's.

Since it is free, unsure if still available, might want to head on out there and get the free skin, it might have that same hair included or it will have a styling notecard that will point you to where you can ge that hair.

If you find an image of something, search for the image and see what site it is attached to, that might shed some light on what you seek.

I would recommend Argrace and Magika.  Both have similar styles and both sell hair that is resizable.
