I.m the Founder of my Group I have five members now; How do I make a focused invite to new canidates

In the past I was able to select from my friends to invite to my group on the group profile. That is not possible now there is no buttons to make selections and sent invites to new members to the group.

To invite someone to a group to which you belong:

1. Right-click their avatar and choose Invite to Group. 
   The GROUPS window opens, displaying all the groups to which you have permission to invite people.
2. Select the desired group
3. Click OK.

The person immediately sees a group invitation.  You can also invite multiple people at one time.  See Inviting someone to join a group for more information.

Besides Rolig's method, you can open the Group window, click the Members and Roles tab, and then click the Invite button.  A chooser opens, and you can type the name of the person you wish to invite.
