Can you create cosplay clothes from actual shows on here, or is it not allowed?

I see a lot of people that have cosplay shops, but I don't know if those clothes are from actual shows or animes or if they are changed a bit. I wanted to know if it was allowed to create the actual clothes from the shows and animes or if it is now allowed. Thanks in advance for the answers.

No, it's not allowed.  That isn't to say that nobody ever DOES it, but if the owner of copyrighted material files a DMCA complaint with LL, your stuff will disappear faster than a SnoCone in Florida in August.
