There is no "debug button".  You are dealing with bake fail, a fairly common problem.  Normally, a person experiencing bake fail defaults to a fluffy cloud.  If you are appearing as a white ball instead, it is because you either have your graphics quality slider set to LOW or you have turned off particles.  In any case, the problem is the same.  There are several very good solutions at http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail

If you are having this problem often, you may have an unreliable Internet connection.  Avoid using wireless if you can, and be sure to reboot your router periodically to let it get a good grasp on an IP address.  Your other questions here in Answers suggest to me that you may also be using a computer that was not designed for heavy use.  If so, there's not much you can do to improve performance.

You should not experience consistant or prolonged bake fail.

When asking techy questions include information about your computer and viewer. If the viewer will at least show the login screen, get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. Help->About... provides all the version numbers we need.  To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post.

It also helps to know if you are using a laptop or a desktop and a wired or wireless connection.

Without that information all we can do is guess. That means you have to try all our bad guesses and eliminate them one by one. This is easier for all of us, if you give us good information to start with.

There is a Sunshine RC Viewer available in Alternate/Beta Viewers. You will need to set your preferences in Setup to enable Willing to update to release candidates. Otherwise the viewer will uninstall itself and return you to the main SL Viewer. Or turn off Automatic Update, not recommended.

The  Sunshine RC Viewer is the next step in resolving bake fail problems. So, it may resolve your problems.

In general the current bake fail problems are generally caused by either connection issues or an item you are wearing. You can check out your connection to Second Life using Troubleshoot Your #SL Connection

You can check for a problem item by switching to a 'Test Male/Female' avatar. You'll find them in Preferences->Develop (Ctrl-Alt-Q to enable menu item)->Character Tests->Test Male or Female. Then step-by-step change to your avatar by adding items, skin, shape, etc. Let each item rez before moving to the next. If you find a problem item, discard it and avoid using it.

You can try changing your active Group or the BALD you wear to force the bake process to run again. Sometimes that solves the issue.
