Joomla or Wordpress post in the Second Life profile stream

Is there a way to have the new blog posts in Joomla or Wordpress automatically published in the Second Life profile stream ?

Not the posts themselves but you can put a link to the blog(s) in the profile.

In fact, I was thinking at some automatic process, like when I add a post on my blog and that it is announced on Twitter or Facebook.

That cannot currently happen on the SL profiles.

With the new CEO being a Twitter acolyte there may be some hope in that area - if that's what you call linking to a limited-expression, grammar-free, online soundbyte, electronic grunting mechanism, assuming that its post-listing financial viability is not compromised to such an extent that it ends up being assimilated and destroyed by a behemoth.

I think LL's adolescent crush on Facebook is over though, so don't go holding your breath on that side of things, especially since the new CEO's most recent experience was in trying to resurrect an organisation that had crashed and burned after pinning its future to a Facebook-linked app.
