West Atoll Rail Road closing 31

Sad news, at least for me.  The privately owned but open to public West Atoll Railroad closes the 31 of this month (click here for confirmation)

It runs from Burns to Elpenor and was just completed June 5, crosses about a dozen sims and is connected to the main railroad.  I've spent quite a bit of time watching him build this and traveling it.  It'll be another big chunk of mainland gone empty.

Would be a "good thing" if Linden viewed this railroad as an art installation and covered the tier or gave it a discount. 

 

The railroad is attractive , a place to use the Premium handcart gift from last year and makes Mainland desirable.

If you look carefully, you'll see that large chunks of WARR could be returned for encroaching on other private land. Imposing such large-scale encroachment would be a very controversial thing for LL to do (and too scary for any other private group to take on, which is how I came to know about the situation).

I have a plan... To reopen the railway. I am drawing trackplans right now. It will use trams on auto. And it will be extended from burns yard. Anyone think that could pose a problem?
