the linden home we get with a premium membership, are they all on lands rated moderate?

the linden home we get free with a premium membership is on land that is rated Moderate.  Are they all like this?   can i get a home on land rated Adult or is that something I have to pay for myself.

The only thing an "adult" rating is necessary for is for an advertised business, which you couldn't have in a Linden home anyway. You can do anything you want in the privacy of your home on Moderate land - you'd be better off turning on the lot privacy options.
