premium house flashing yellow lines

I upgraded to premium account, but one side of the house has flashing yellow lines even if we dont go near the walls..all the time.. if i cancel will we get a refund

I am assuming you are talking about the Linden homes provided with premium membership.  If the flashing lines are ban lines, you can turn them off on your own parcel.  If they are on a neighbors house, you do have the option to abandon that house and get another one.  You can do that up to 5 times I think.. and then you at least have the chance to get a house with different neighbors.  I doubt you would be able to get a refund for that.

You can turn off your neighbors ban lines visually in your VIEW menu.  Of course you still won't be able to go on their property. 

As far as refunds, no refunds are ever given.

It means your neighbour has ban-lines up (to prevent unauthorised access to their property). It doesn't affect your property (except for the ugliness of the ban-lines).  You can toggle your view of them in the World menu (world > show more > untick Ban Lines).

If you still don't like your Linden Home you can abandon it (in the About Land options) and apply for a new one, but you cannot get a refund.
